How to choose a Tampa submarket
If you are choosing between submarkets, start with who needs to reach you: clients, staff, customers or trucks. Then compare buildings within the same firm's submarket data, quarter over quarter, rather than mixing one firm's figures with another's. For property types, see retail space and warehouse and industrial space.
